Many health insurance companies subcontract vision care to other companies. We are providers with several of these companies, including:

VSP (Vision Service Plan)
Eyemed
Coast to Coast Discount Plan
Davis Vision

We are also providers with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL PPO.

If your insurance company is not listed, we can supply additional invoices for you to submit to your insurance company. Since we expect payment when services are rendered, we will submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement to you. Please contact our insurance department if you have any questions.
