Staff

Each of our staff members are chosen for their attention to detail and pleasing attitude. All are members of the American Optometric Association and Illinois Optometric Association Paraoptometric Sections.

Our Front Desk staff will check you in and out, assist you in making appointments, and help obtain your insurance authorization. It is one of their cheerful voices you will hear calling to remind you of your upcoming appointments and greeting you as you enter the office. They will help answer any questions you may have or direct you to the person who can assist you.

Our Technicians will do all of the preliminary testing the doctor needs to give you a thorough eye health evaluation. They are also our contact lens experts, training our patients how to insert, remove, and clean contact lenses. They can assist you with ordering contact lenses and solutions.

Our Opticians will assist you in frame selection and help determine the best lenses and options for you. They will call as soon as your glasses are in and adjust them for you when you pick them up. Stop in any time you need an adjustment, we want you to be comfortable in your glasses!

Our Lab Technicians work in the Downers Grove office, cutting, drilling, and polishing your customized lenses to fit the frame you select. If you need new lenses for an existing frame, schedule an appointment with one of our lab technicians to cut your lenses while you wait. Their attention to detail will make sure that your lenses are exactly what the doctor ordered.

Our Insurance Department is constantly submitting and checking on claims for our patients. If you are a member of an insurance plan that we are not providers with, we can assist you in submitting claims for reimbursement to you. (see our Insurance Section to determine if we are providers for your plan).
